2026款MG5外观延续现款车型的设计，重点新增气泡橙与安第斯灰两款外观颜色。新车延续MG家族的“猎瞳”设计语言，中网造型夸张，蜂窝格栅加竖置镀铬饰条组成，两侧的导流槽和前唇更加激进。熏黑前大灯组带有透镜，三角流线的造型与前发动机盖的线条，车身腰线形成很好的互动。

车身侧面，腰线流线动感，大尺寸的花瓣轮圈引人注目，新车还采用溜背的造型。车型尺寸方面，新车长宽高分别为4715/1842/1473mm，轴距为2680mm，新车定位为一款紧凑型车。车辆尾部，尾灯的造型与头灯呼应，流线的造型，后包围的设计同样夸张，包括导流槽和双边排气，整体依旧动感。

内饰新增橙色与黑色的双拼色设计，同样延续现款车型的设计，引入256色氛围灯，可随音乐变色，并根据外部光线自适应调节亮度。

C | 新车采用三幅式方向盘，悬浮式中控屏，可以实现双屏导航实时联动，隧道自动调光。新车还配备Hi-Fi高保真剧院级音响，40Hz低音炮+8扬声器。

新车整体配备赛道级运动座椅，防滑皮革+黑橙撞色，有着不错的包裹性，主驾配备电动调节座椅，后排座椅也有不错的包裹性。

内饰方面，内饰新增黑红、灰白两种内饰颜色，红色的方向盘让人充满驾驶欲望，方向盘两侧包含驾驶模式切换按钮，车内配备四个屏幕，充分展现车辆的有关信息，车机语音识别优化，增加“你好，MG”唤醒词，新增敞篷计数器功能，全场景音效矩阵，新增两种模拟声浪。车内配备两个运动座椅，双色配色，更好的包裹性，新增电动腰托和车内挡风板。新车后备厢加大了尺寸，能放下24寸行李箱，空间更出色。
